The Temple of God Part. 3
“Whose Temple are You?”
“Where lives change and where life can begin again”
For the last couple of weeks, we have been talking about the importance of the church
and how vital it is for our success and growth in Kingdom principles and living for
God. How will we know unless we hear? (Rom 10:14) How will we grow unless we
have a pastor and a group of people to help and support and teach the ways of the
Kingdom of God? It is very difficult without all of this and God knew that. Thank God
for the church. I thank God for the church!
“This week we will talk about, whose Temple are you?”
You are a gift to the world. You are hand-crafted by God’s own hand, to make you
look just like Him. (Gen 1:26). Because we have been separated from Him through our
sin, we have a tendency not to act like Him. However, we have the make up and the
spiritual “DNA” of God. We have the ability to activate that personality likeness with
just a heart decision; and an open confession will activate the God inside us.
We make the decision whose Temple we will be. We have the spiritual “DNA” make
up to be just like God. It is not until we are enlightened and our eyes are open to see
who we are and what God has made us to be, that we will then walk out the full
destiny of what God intended for us. You are made just like God and in His very
likeness. He made us that way to give us authority, power, and dominion.
He likes you a lot! His grace and mercy goes from generation to generation. His love is
never ending. If we knock, He will open the door. If we seek Him with all our heart,
we will find Him. Ask, and He will answer. (Matt. 7:7)
I want you to remember and quote these scriptures. You are all these things and much
I am far from oppression, and fear does not come near me (Isa. 54:14).
I am complete in Him Who is the Head of all principality and power (Colo. 2:10).
I have the mind of Christ (1 Cor. 2:16; Philip. 2:5).
I have the peace of God that passes all understanding (Philip. 4:7).
I have received the gift of righteousness and reign as a king in life by Jesus
Christ (Rom. 5:17).
I have received the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Jesus,
the eyes of my understanding are being enlightened (Eph. 1:17-18).
I have the Greater One living in me; greater is He Who is in me than he who is
in the world (1 Jn 4:4).
Know whose Temple you are. Know and realize how special you are and how special
God made you. You are just like God! Think about it and meditate on it and smile.
There is a part of God in each one of us. That’s why there seems to be something
missing until He comes to live on the inside of us. It is not until we make the free
choice to welcome Him back into our lives that we activate what is already in there
made by His hand.
The Word is designed by God for his people to grow and worship and be connected to
Him. Sometimes the truth of God’s Word will stretch you, and it does not always feel
comfortable, but rest assured that God is doing great things in you!
Then, we truly become the Temple of God. Where He can dwell, and teach us all
things and fulfil the purpose and plan of the Father.
Don’t forget to do your homework! Meditate and enjoy!
